Abstract Sepsis is one of the major diseases in intensive care worldwide. Although sepsis has made some progress in recent years in the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis, it is still the first cause of death in the intensive care unit. Sepsis, the most vulnerable to involvement of lung tissue, often complicated by acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Mechanism of ARDS is very complex, and the current judge the disease development and prognosis is still limited. Biological markers can help to determine the development of patients with ARDS, assessment of treatment and prognosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of various biomarkers on the pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of sepsis ARDS, evaluate its value in the diagnosis and treatment of ARDS, and provide a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis ARDS Ideas and methods.
