Abstract The aviation emergency rescue system is the backbone power in the construction of medical emergency system. Under the encouragement of national policies and the promotion of local governments, medical institutions and general aviation enterprises are both actively explore the mode of the aviation emergency rescue. Based on the analysis of the case of aviation emergency rescue system in Bayannur, the paper discusses the development mode of the aviation emergency rescue system by combining the characteristics of first aid in Northwest China. Moreover, the paper puts forward a feasible way which is also according to local conditions to construct the aviation emergency rescue system.
