Abstract Septic cardiomyopathy is a reversible myocardial dysfunction caused by sepsis．The mortality of septic patient with septic cardiomyopathy increase significantly．Therefore，it is important for the diagnosis and treatment of septic cardiomyopathy to elucidate it勺the pathogenesis．This review attempts to introduce the characteristics，pathogenesis and recent research progress of septic cardiomyopathy，and focues on the role of inflammatory factors
