Abstract The incidence of major trauma was higher and higher. The prognosis of patients could be seriously affected by improper treatment or delayed treatment. The treatment of major trauma patients should be urgently started at the scene of the incident. The process and principles of major trauma in the world were based on the evidence of evidence-based medicine. We aim to deepen the understanding of process and principles of major trauma and raise the successful rate of treatment by interpreting the main points in the guideline.
