Abstract Objective To explore the influence on the levels of YKL-40, NF-κB and analysis of the clinical effects for the patients with acute myocardial infarction by rosuvastatin+local injection shenmai injection. Methods 168 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into rosuvastatin group (42 cases), local injection shenmai injection group (42 cases), combination group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases). The patients in control group were treated by routine comprehensive treatment; the patients in rosuvastatin group were treated by rosuvastatin based on control group; the patients in local injection shenmai injection group were treated by local injection shenmai injection based on control group; the patients in combination group were treated by rosuvastatin+local injection shenmai injection based on control group. The clinical effects and related indicators were compared. Results The total effective rate for the combination group were higher than the control group, rosuvastatin group and local injection shenmai injection group (P<0.05); The levels of YKL-40, NF-κB, IL-6, hs-CRP, CK-MB, MMP-9 and cTnT for the combination group were lower than the control group, rosuvastatin group and local injection shenmai injection group (P<0.05). Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with acute myocardial infarction by rosuvastatin+local injection shenmai injection, it can improve the levels of YKL-40, NF-κB, inflammation, regulating immune function, reduce the myocardial injury, it has high values of clinical extension.
