周末效应现象的研究进展

摘要周末入院患者病死率较工作日入院患者病死率增高的现象称为周末效应。周末效应可发生在急诊、住院患者中，可能对医疗服务质量产生重大的影响。本文通过回顾文献，对周末效应的产生及其意义、周末效应不同疾病中的存在与否，以及周末效应的产生的机制进行综述，旨在提高人们对周末效应的认识，从而改善医疗服务质量。
