脓毒症相关性器官衰竭评分准确性的调查

摘要目的：调查临床医师进行脓毒症相关性器官衰竭评估（sepsis-related organ failure assessment， SOFA）评分的准确性。方法：在急诊病房医师中发放手机调查问卷，对1例病例进行SOFA评分，统计被调查医师对SOFA评分各组成项目评分的准确程度、出现的错误及其发生率。结果： 14名急诊病房医师提交了有效问卷，SOFA评分单个指标中氧合指数（71.4%）、去甲肾上腺素剂量（64.3%）和格拉斯哥昏迷量表（54.5%）的错误率最高。SOFA评分单个系统中神经系统分值错误率最高（27.3%）。SOFA总分的错误率达57.1%。结论：小样本调查显示，临床医师正确掌握SOFA评分的程度较差，有必要进行规范化的SOFA评分培训。
