高龄脑出血合并高钠血症经CRRT治疗的临床效果观察

摘要目的：探讨高龄脑出血合并高钠血症患者经连续性肾脏替代疗法（CRRT）治疗的临床效果及预后。方法：选取2014-03～2015-05我院收治的脑出血合并高钠血症患者57例，随机分为观察组（29例）与对照组（28例）。对照组患者接受内科常规治疗，而观察组患者则在此基础上接受CRRT治疗。治疗结束后，使用全自动生化仪对患者血清钠离子、尿素氮（BUN）以及肌酐（SCr）进行检测，并检测各项生命体征。结果：观察组患者病死率3.45%，对照组病死率28.57%，显著高于观察组（P＜0.01）。接受CRRT治疗后，观察组患者血清钠离子、BUN与SCr水平均较治疗前下降（P＜0.05）。治疗后进行组间比较显示，观察组患者血清钠离子、BUN与SCr水平均低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。两组心率和平均动脉压与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：在内科常规治疗的基础上，对脑出血合并高钠血症患者进行CRRT治疗，能够有效纠正电解质紊乱，并且改善肾功能和患者预后，较为安全。
