海蜇蜇伤患者血清HIS 5-HT及细胞因子变化的研究

摘要目的：研究海蜇蜇伤患者血清组胺（HIS）、5-羟色胺（5-HT）及肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的变化及临床意义。方法：将北戴河医院2015-07～2017-08收治的海蜇蜇伤患者80例作为蜇伤组，再将本组分为轻、中、重型三个亚组，选择我院同期体检健康职工28例作为正常对照组。采用ELISA法测定各组血清HIS、5-HT、TNF-α、IL-6浓度，同时比较各组血清指标差异。结果：各组血清HIS、5-HT、TNF-α、IL-6浓度比较，蜇伤组明显高于对照组，中、重型组明显高于轻型组，重型组明显高于中型组（P均＜0.01），但轻型组与对照组相比较仅轻度升高，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：海蜇蜇伤患者血清HIS、5-HT及细胞因子越高越，病情越重。早期应用抗炎、抗HIS药物对改善海蜇蜇伤患者的预后可能有重要的意义。
