2018年中国蛇伤救治专家共识

摘要全世界保有蛇类3340余种，毒蛇（venomous snake）超过660种，致命性毒蛇近200种；游蛇1700种以上，其中100余种含少量毒素或是低毒类蛇，极少数可能致命。我国蛇类200余种，隶9科66属，其中毒蛇60余种，剧毒类有10余种。蛇咬伤（snake bite）多发生在每年4～10月，热带、亚热带地区一年四季均可能发生。目前，我国尚未形成统一、规范的蛇伤诊疗标准，总体病死率和致残率仍偏高。本共识依据普及、规范、提高和国际化交流的原则，参照相关国际指南，结合近年来我国蛇伤的救治经验与进展，由本领域的知名专家集体编写而成，旨在制定一个适合我国国情的蛇伤救治指导性文件，进而帮助临床医生确立蛇伤救治的标准治疗方案。
