中国急性缺血性脑卒中急诊诊治专家共识 院前急救解读

摘要脑卒中具有发病率高、复发率高及致残率高的特点。我国每年约有240万人新发脑卒中，每年110万人死于脑卒中，现存的脑卒中患者1100多万人。目前专科治疗急性缺血性脑卒中（AIS）技术手段的发展趋于成熟，但AIS的溶栓率并没有得到显著改观，大多数AIS患者错过了最佳的治疗“时间窗”。本文对2018年《中国急性缺血性脑卒中急诊诊治专家共识》的脑卒中院前急救部分进行解读，并结合国内外研究进展进行有针对性的分析。
