颈髓损伤后体位性低血压患者尿中香草扁桃酸变化分析

摘要目的研究颈髓损伤伴体位性低血压(OH)患者尿中儿茶酚胺代谢产物香草扁桃酸（vanillylmandelic acid， VMA）含量变化，以探讨该类患者自主神经功能变化情况。方法收集颈髓损伤伴OH患者15例，颈髓损伤无OH患者17例，采用色谱法分别测定24 h尿VMA含量，并对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果颈髓损伤伴OH患者24 h尿VMA含量明显低于颈髓损伤无OH组［（12.4±3.27）μmol/24 h vs.（34.5±9.41）μmol/24 h，P＜0.05］。结论颈髓损伤伴OH患者24 h尿VMA在评估脊髓损伤后自主神经张力变化有一定的临床意义。
