摘要Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of the "four in one" and "non-four in one" pre-hospital emergency command system, and to provide reference for selecting suitable police mode in different regions. Methods Collect relevant emergency data from 2011 to 1.24 minutes in 2017, a 46.2% decrease; and analyze and compare the indicators of the police, process, effective alarm rate and response time before and after the “four in one”. Results After “four in one”, the alarm process was obviously simplified; 120 effective alarm rate was increased from less than 10% before “four in one” to 80% after “four in one”; the average dispatch time was reduced from 140 seconds in 2011 to 57.45 seconds in 2017, a 59% decrease; the average departure time was shortened from 2.6 minutes in 2011 to 2017. The average arrival time was reduced from 22.1 minutes in 2011 to 12.37 minutes in 2017, a decrease of 44%; the average delivery time was shortened from 23.32 minutes in 2011 to 14.09 minutes in 2017, a decrease of 39.6%. Conclusion The "four in one" can significantly improve the efficiency of the police, shorten the emergency response time, and improve the level of comprehensive emergency response and disposal of the city. However, there are also problems such as increased system safety hazards and rising air traffic rates, which need further improvement.
