外科术后小肠梗阻的研究进展

摘要小肠梗阻（small bowel obstruction， SBO）是腹部外科术后常见致命性并发症，快速精准的检查诊断、及时果断治疗是目前胃肠外科较为棘手的问题。本文将结合文献从小肠梗阻的病因及发病机制、诊断与治疗进行总结与分析，并结合小肠梗阻类型探讨其治疗经验，为临床腹部外科术后小肠梗阻的诊疗提供有效的策略。
